Along with wife Pam and a dozen others, we planted ALC in the fall of 2003, when we began meeting in the Town Hall community room. Moved into our Highway 66 facility in July of 2005 and have been
growing faith ever since. We are all excited about our soon move to Hwy. 119 in Longmont.
My clan numbers over 70, with 37 grands & 6 great grands (plus 4 more on the way in 2026). ALC was our 7th church plant but now is an established church with the EFCA. Pam and I are still 'under construction' by the Lord and loving the process. To God be the glory!
Hi! My family and I are very excited to be part of the Abundant Life extension of Christ’s Family. My name is Josh Duncan and here’s a little about me: I am a Colorado Native and grew up in Denver, CO. I have been married to my beautiful wife Jennifer since 2004 and we have 3 great children still under their teenage years. I served a decade or so in the US Coast Guard and served on the North, West, and East Coasts until the Lord called me to pursue a life in His ministry. I separated from Active Duty, studying at and graduating from Denver Seminary with my Master of Divinity degree. My ministry hats include Pastor here at ALC and Chaplain to the Mountain Infantry in the Colorado Army National Guard, 10th Mountain Division (Climb to Glory!). I’m an easy-going guy who likes to add levity to everything I can, but I hear I can be serious if I need to be. I love diving into the Word and have a huge heart for preaching and shepherding in the local church. Blessings to you!
It is my privilege to serve as one of the elders at ALC where we are an elder-led, but congregationally-governed church. I love serving my church family and watching people grow in their faith and use the gifts God has given them. My wife and I have been married since 1971 and we have two sons. I served a career in the Army as a Field Artillery officer and, after retirement, built a specialty wholesale business in Denver that I sold in 2005. I love hunting upland game birds and my Brittany and I spend as much time as possible in the winter months chasing quail and pheasant.
Bill serves on the Elder Board and has attended ALC for more than 11 years. When he isn’t helping at church, you can find him out on one of his beloved John Deere tractors getting some farming done, or making magic happen in his machine shop, turning metal into amazing new things. Bill and his wife of 30+ years have 2 grown children. To Bill, church is home and the congregation is family. It just doesn’t get any better than that!

Pam has a heart for children and a gift of teaching. She homeschooled all ten Coleman children and continues to teach and guide ALC's young hearts and minds to follow Jesus.
Jennifer Duncan is a mother of three and has a soft spot for this ministry. She works diligently and considers new volunteers prayerfully.

Erin grew up in a farming community in eastern Nebraska. She met the Lord in her early teens and discovered her love of worship music. Erin met her future husband Jeremy while backpacking in Colorado with her youth group. They have been married over 20 years and have 3 acceptable children and 1 son in law. Jeremy served in the Air Force which brought them to Wyoming and then Belgium until they they left the military in 2003 and moved to Colorado to help start Abundant Life Church. Erin has been a part of the ALC worship team since day one, and has been serving as the Worship Leader since January 2021.
